I, like many of you, have been excited for the Nordguard Trilogy since the teaser art almost a year ago. There hasn’t been an update on it for a while, but I finally got to see some of the pages from the upcoming first book in the trilogy, Across Thin Ice. It’s violent, it’s gorgeous, and it’s really, really blue.

The third weekend of January will see throngs of furries flocking to the Bay Area for Further Confusion, presumably to compete in a fursuit decathlon and freak out the staff of the new hotel location. And in addition to panels about connecting with your inner fox or whatever, artists and authors will be showcasing their new works. Among them are Kevin Frane and Kyell Gold, both of whom will premiere their new novels. Real fucking books, y’all.
